The UCSI’s Off-Campus Accommodation (OCA) is managed by UCSI Peterson Properties, part of the UCSI Group. Currently, we provide fully-furnished units for all UCSI students who want to experience living with their new friends in groups outside the campus.

The Off-Campus Accommodation is available in all the 2 locations namely the UCSI University, Kuala Lumpur Campus, and the Kuching Campus (Sarawak).

In the KL Campus, the units are located in one of the most thriving residential condominiums in the area, UCSI Residence 2 and Angkasa Condominium offers residents various facilities:

• Outdoor swimming pool
• Indoor badminton courts
• Gym room
• Sauna
• Laundry shop
• Convenience store
• 24-hour security

Located five minutes away from the Kuala Lumpur Campus, UCSI Residence 2 and Angkasa Condominium have easy access to most amenities and facilities including restaurants, supermarkets, banks, money changers, public transportation, and post office among others.

All units including the Kuching Campus are standard units that are fully furnished and air-conditioned.

It is a place equipped to provide students with convenience and the quietness to pursue their academic pursuits.

Our OCA offers a variety of room options to suit our client’s needs and costs.

UNIT FACILITIES AT KUALA LUMPUR CAMPUS

Located at UCSI Residence 2 and Angkasa Condominium, Kuala Lumpur’s off-campus hostels are within the vicinity of the Campus. Each unit has a spacious living room, dining and kitchen area with a common bathroom (the master bedroom has an attached toilet and shower). It is also equipped with basic shared living facilities such as a dining table, chairs, kitchen sink, washing machine (only application for Angkasa Condominium), air-conditioners, and WIFI network.
